I would like to extend my gratitude to CK Migration for an immeasurable effort to make my whole family stay in Australia indefinitely, in particular with the help of our Migration Lawyer Albert Kalouche with his team.
The journey to Permanent Residency was not easy for us but Mr Kalouche made all the impossible, to happen.
The most challenging part of the application was that the necessary documents to lodge the PR visa arrived late from the time frame created, in particular with the Skill Assessment result, considering there is a day left before our existing Graduate visa expires.
Although there were plan B’s, and C’s for our case that Mr Kalouche prepared for, but, the aim is to lodge the Permanent Visa remains.
Thankfully, Mr Kalouche is clever enough to make a call with the Assessing Authority (VETASSES) before our Graduate visa expires and obtained a positive result. And without further delay, that moment he got confirmation that my Assessment result is positive he immediately lodged our Subclass 186 Direct Entry visa.
I believed it was a relief from both ends.
After 15 months of waiting, Glory to Jesus in the Highest our application for Permanent Residency was granted dated 3rd of August 2022.
It was a victory against uncertainty, and my heart is full of gratitude to all the people who helped us along the way, and thru the effort of CK Migration, Mr Kalouche and his team.
As a father, my children will have a better future that this country brings and finally we can call Australia our second home!
