Increase to the fees for review of decision applications
On 26 June 2021, new laws were introduced to amend the application fee
charges for reviewing a visa, nomination and sponsorships decisions made by the
Department of Home Affairs by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
The new application fee is $3000.
