Under this category, current or past Business Owners, Investors and/or Senior Managers of sizable businesses are able to come, establish new, or acquire interest in existing, businesses, or invest in Australia.
There are a number of temporary visas that offer a pathway to permanent residency. They are granted initially for a four year period, after which, and pending the business and investments activities in Australia, would entitle the holder to apply for Permanent Residency.
Permanent Business Visas are only available to qualifying Temporary Business Visas Holders, who have established or acquired interest and managed businesses of certain attributes in Australia, or have made eligible investments for the required period.
